2016年厦门思明区招聘中小学教师面试有关事项的通知

根据《2016年厦门市公开招聘中小学幼儿园职业学校教师公告》有关规定,现就思明区属中小学教师招聘面试有关事项通知如下:

  一、面试对象

  报考思明区中小学教师岗位,符合进入面试条件,按招聘岗位数与应聘数1:3的比例(不足1:3的以实际人数)确定面试对象,具体名单详见在厦门市教育网、思明区教育网公布的面试人员名单(其中报考体育、音乐、美术、信息技术、小学科学须专业综合技能测试合格方可参加课堂教学测试);报考思明区属中学的生物、音乐、美术、心理岗位的报考者,已委托厦门市教育局组织面试,不再参加本次面试,请报考者关注厦门市教育局网站。

  二、面试时间、地点、对象和学科安排

  (一)面试按有职称考生和无职称考生分类进行,根据考生面试的人数,视情况分组面试。面试安排如下:

  1.面试地点:厦门市思明区委党校(地址:厦门市思明区前埔东路20号)

   2.时间安排及面试对象:

  (1)6月4日(周六)

  面试对象(小学部分学科):报考思明区属小学的语文、英语、科学、体育、音乐、美术等6个学科教师岗位的报考者(含有职称和无职称)。

  (2)6月5日(周日)

  面试对象(中学、小学数学):报考思明区属中学的语文、数学、英语、政治、物理、历史、地理、体育、信息技术等9个学科教师岗位的报考者(含有职称和无职称),以及报考思明区属小学数学教师岗位的报考者(含有职称和无职称)。   参加以上面试的报考者应于测试当天上午7:30前持本人有效身份证、笔试准考证到考生候考室(六楼梯形教室606室)报到,逾期未报到者视为自动放弃(请考生提前了解考试地点位置,充分考虑天气及道路堵车等因素,尽量提前到达以免迟到)。

  三、面试方式和内容   

  面试内容为课堂教学(片段教学)测试。

  (一)课堂教学测试采用片段教学的方式,备课30分钟,课堂教学测试(片段教学)15分钟。其中报考中学岗位的课堂教学测试内容为本学科普通高中必修教材,报考小学岗位的课堂教学测试面试内容为本学科普通小学教材。

  (二)课堂教学测试(片段教学)程序:候考室抽取课堂教学测试顺序号→备考室准备30分钟→课堂教学测试15分钟→评委打分→工作人员计分(去掉一个*高分、去掉一个*低分,取剩余分数的平均分)→当场亮分。

  (三)由于小学语文、小学数学学科无职称考生较多,需分组面试;为体现公平,尽量减少相同学科不同组别之间评分的不平衡,在小学的语文、数学学科抽签号为1—3号的无职称考生面试时,同学科其余组别的评委均观摩面试过程,并以此3位考生评分标准作为其它考生评分的参照依据。

  (四)中学同一学科同时招聘有职称、无职称岗位的,按有职称、无职称类别分先、后顺序进行面试。

  四、面试评分

  每面试评委小组由7个评委组成。评分方法:去掉一个*高分、去掉一个*低分,取剩余5个分数的平均分为考生面试得分,面试成绩采用四舍五入方式取小数点后2位。

  面试成绩满分100分,60分及以上合格(面试人员比例为1:1的,合格成绩为70分及以上),面试成绩不合格者不予录用。进行专业综合技能测试的学科,面试成绩由课堂教学(片段教学)测试成绩和专业综合技能测试成绩各占50%构成。课堂教学(片段教学)测试成绩不合格者不予录用。

  五、考试总成绩的计算合成

  根据《2016年厦门市公开招聘中小学幼儿园职业学校教师公告》规定:普通中学、小学、幼儿园岗位报考者考试总成绩,按笔试合成成绩的40%和面试成绩的60%相加合成,总成绩60分及以上合格;笔试成绩、面试成绩、考试总成绩均采用四舍五入方式取小数点后2位。

  考试总成绩相同时,报考者名次按面试成绩排列;若面试成绩相同,则加试一场课堂教学测试,报考者名次按加试成绩高低排列。总成绩不合格不予录用。

  六、成绩公示

  考试总成绩于6月6日24:00前在思明区教育局网站公布。监督电话:0592-5862734。

  七、有关要求

  (一)报考者面试前需交验有效身份证、准考证,并于报到时将通讯工具等电子工具设备统一交由工作人员保管,不得携带任何通讯工具等电子工具设备进入面试场地,一经发现,按违纪处理,请各位报考者特别注意遵守此项规定。进入面试场地后,要服从组织安排,保持安静。

  (二)报考者在面试时不得自我介绍,不得提与面试无关的其他要求

  (三)服装要求:报考者着装整洁得体大方,不着浓妆,不佩戴饰品。

  (四)面试工作严格遵守纪检监察、组织人事部门和教育部门的有关规定,接受组织人事部门、纪检监察部门的监督与指导,不得弄虚作假、徇私舞弊,违反者将按规定严肃处理。 

  (五)本场面试地点位于厦门市思明区前埔东路20号的思明区委党校,考生如不熟悉该地点,请提前一天下午自行前往熟悉地点。

  (六)本面试工作严格按《2016年厦门市公开招聘中小学幼儿园职业学校教师公告》有关规定执行。
